PrepZio is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. All our services are delivered digitally. We do not ship any physical products.
2. Instant Access
Upon successful payment confirmation via Razorpay, your account credits or subscription plan will be updated instantly. You can start using the mock interviews and tests immediately.
3. Delivery Confirmation
A transaction confirmation and digital invoice will be sent to your registered email address immediately after the payment is processed.
4. No Shipping Charges
Since our services are digital, there are no shipping charges, handling fees, or physical delivery wait times associated with any of our plans.
