At PrepZio, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring you feel confident in your preparation journey.
1. 7-Day Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund policy for unconsumed credits. If you haven't used any interview credits from your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the transaction.
2. Consumed Services
Once an interview simulation or aptitude test has been initiated, the corresponding credit is considered 'consumed' and is non-refundable due to the immediate allocation of AI compute resources.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email support@prepzio.com with your transaction ID. We will review your request and process eligible refunds within 48 hours.
4. Timeline & Settlement
Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay and will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
5. Technical Failures
If a technical failure on our platform prevents you from completing an interview or test, we will either restore your credit or issue a prorated refund upon verification.
